Belle is a big brave blue engine. She has two water cannons high on her boiler from which she shoots water (in the stories) to fight fires. Belle would be overwhelming if she wasn't so nice, even Cranky likes her! She wants to do her best and be the best. Billy is a bright orange tank engine who's boisterous, bubbly and bursting with enthusiasm, but he's not good at waiting for instructions.

When Billy first arrived on the Island of Sodor, Sir Topham Hatt asked Thomas to show him the right way to do things. Silly Billy thought Thomas was being bossy, so he ran off. After Billy ran out of coal and water, Thomas comes to the rescue and Billy realizes Thomas isn't bossy after all.

Our stock is 1996 Britt Allcroft released BoCo's, pre Learning Curve era (LC did continue the same design when it took over the license). It is in attractively designed German packaging of the time and is from the period when BANDAI distributed Thomas in Germany. These are very rare and collectible.

Den is a diesel who runs the Dieselworks...when Diesel 10 is not around. He is very thoughtful and thinks hard before he speaks. When Den does speak, it is very slowly. Hiro is one of the stars of the new Thomas and Friends DVD release, "Hero of the Rails."

Hiro is a 'Japanese' engine that was brought to Sodor many years ago. At one time, he was a strong, fast engine. In his heyday, Hiro was known as the Master of the Railway. He was wise, very dignified and enormously kind.

However, over time Hiro fell into disrepair. Thomas found him again, and feared that Hiro might be sent to the smelters yard. Thomas agreed to help binrg Hiro back his former glory.

Despite Spencer being mean, new friends at the Sodor Steamworks, Victor and Kevin, are there to help Thomas in his quest to reinstate Hiro as the 'Master of the Railway'.
