In June 2007, RC2 (Learning Curve) instigated a product recall relating to certain Thomas & Friends Wooden Railway System products.

The problem relates to the paint used on certain (mainly red) vehicles containing lead which poses a potential threat to health if consumed.

We returned / replaced all affected stock in 2007, so please feel safe in the knowledge that all products we offer are unaffected by any recall.

The processing of returned items is being dealt with by RC2 centrally, rather than through retailers, however we will happily assist affected customers where possible.
