Below is a guide to our cut off times for orders in the run up to Christmas 2011:

IF YOU ARE SPENDING OVER £75 ON GOODS (P&P £6.95) DEADLINES ARE PASSED

We will dispatch your order by an overnight courier service.
 - The cut-off for orders over £75 is MIDDAY on Thursday 22nd December.

Delivery times are usually in the morning but at this time of year it can be any time of day, for which we apologise.

IF YOU ARE SPENDING UNDER £75 ON GOODS (P&P £3.95/£2.95) DEADLINES ARE PASSED - UPGRADE TO COURIER REQUIRED.

For lighter orders under £75 we use 1st Class Post service - the cut off date for this service is Tuesday 20th December
- The cut-off for light orders under £75 is 2:30p.m. on Tuesday 20th December.

For heavier orders under £75 we use Hermes/Parcel Post. These are generally orders containing Destinations/Bulky Bridges
 - The cut-off for heavier orders under £75 is 5:00p.m. on Thursday 15th December (so we can dispatch on 16th by Hermes).

We offer an UPGRADE TO COURIER for £5 for orders under £75 (link provided). We will dispatch your order by an overnight service and the deadline moves to MIDDAY on Thursday 22nd December. Simply add the upgrade to your shopping Cart to avoid any worries.

WHEN YOU ORDER....

Provide a valid phone number we can contact you on in case there is a potential issue with your order getting to you on time - we will call.
